Reviews of Autorepair UK in Durham
Bought my car from autopark sales and they are friendly and helpful. The main reason I will be going back however is the garage attached and the warranty service provided and the after sales support from the lovely team over the road. Very helpful and friendly staff, properly honest and fast turnaround on work. Kept me fully updated with work being completed and always friendly and accommodating for whatever I needed. Could not have done a better job for me thanks guys.
Great customer service, fair prices and a repair you can trust.
I had a problem with a car I bought from next door and had taken out a warranty for peace of mind, it was just a sensor problem which can happen with any age car .
Straight away I was directed to the garage next door, I was in good hands right from the off , very courteous and friendly, these ladies put you right at ease, working around my own work commitments, even considering a courtesy car , but I got a five star service from start to finish, even getting a valet on my car to end a normally stressful occasion, thank you for everything you done , Demi and all the garage staff are the best , thanks again 🙂

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Autorepair UK. From the moment I arrived, the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me get my car back on the road safely. They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done — no confusing jargon, no unnecessary upselling — just honest advice and clear communication.
The quality of the work was top-notch. My car now runs smoother than it has in years, and they even went the extra mile to check a few minor issues at no extra charge. The pricing was very fair, and I truly felt like I was getting great value for the service provided.
It’s rare to find a garage that combines technical expertise, transparency, and customer care so well. I’ll definitely be bringing all my future repairs here and recommending them to friends and family.
